Sous-Chef

For our fast growing company we are looking for a Sous-Chef. A Sous-Chef has sufficient experience and is therefore familiar with the way things go in a professional kitchen. The Sous-Chef helps the Head Chef to manage the kitchen staff and makes sure everything goes as it should.

What we ask from you:

- The Sous-Chef has experience in managing a kitchen team;

- It’s the responsibility of the Sous-Chef to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as it can so that meals can be prepared at a high pace;

- The Sous-Chef is familiar with all the hygiene rules (HACCP) and makes sure these rules are being followed;

- The Sous-Chef makes sure the kitchen is being maintained and cleaned in a proper way;

- We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Sous-Chef that is eager to learn and knows how to handle the hard work pressure.
